Preorder Terms and Conditions

Important Notice: Crowdfunding Model

Thank you for your interest in our products and for participating in our preorder campaign. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing your preorder. By placing a preorder, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Preorder Duration: Preorders, also known as "Lightning Preorders," will be open for a period of two weeks from the start date specified on our website.

2. Product Availability: Please note that the products available for preorder are not in stock at the time of your purchase. The availability of these products is subject to certain conditions, including the successful completion of our crowdfunding campaign.

3. Sample Testing: After the preorder period closes, we will order a sample of the product(s) to ensure quality and design accuracy. The sample typically takes 3-5 days to be shipped to us for evaluation.

4. Quality Confirmation: We are committed to delivering the best quality products to our customers. Upon receiving the sample, we will thoroughly evaluate it to ensure it meets our quality standards and adheres to the design specifications. If the sample does not meet our expectations, we reserve the right to make necessary adjustments or, in some cases, cancel the bulk order.

5. Bulk Order Production: If the sample meets our quality and design standards, we will proceed with the bulk order from our manufacturer. Please be aware that the production of the bulk order may take between 25-35 days, excluding the time required for shipping the products to us.

6. Shipping to Customers: Once we receive the bulk order from the manufacturer, we will work diligently to pack and ship the products as soon as possible. We aim to get your orders into your hands promptly.

7. No Guarantee of Production: It's important to understand that, similar to a crowdfunding model, the successful production and delivery of the products are contingent on various factors, including the achievement of a minimum order quantity and the quality of the sample. While we make every effort to ensure successful production, we cannot guarantee that the products will be made. In the event that the products cannot be produced, we will provide refunds to all affected customers.

8. Refunds and Cancellations: If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your preorder before the preorder period ends, you may request a refund. Refund requests made after the preorder period closes will be subject to our standard refund policy, as outlined on our website.

9. Changes and Updates: We reserve the right to make changes or updates to these terms and conditions, including the estimated delivery times, production timelines, and any other relevant information. Any such changes will be communicated to preorder customers via email or our website.

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations
you have 24 hours upon making your purchase to cancel your order. Otherwise we will not be able to refund orders or offer exchanges. Please email us at Pocketsizedshop@gmail.comwith respect to your cancellation. 

7-Day Return Period: You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

1. The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them (including the packing materials and labels)
2. All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
3. The item(s) must not be personalized or customized.
4. Return requests must be initiated within the 7-day return period.

Non-Eligible Items: The following items are not eligible for returns:

1. Items that are personalized or customized.
2. Used items
3. Goods damaged in shipping

Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).**NOTE- Photos of the items will be required to assure the item(s) are in new condition**
3. Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging, if possible.
4. Ship the item(s) back to the address provided by our customer support team.
5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Refunds: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part. We will provide instructions how to get a return shipping label if a buyer does not know how to make one.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. **PLEASE NOTE** We are NOT liable if products were damaged in shipping since we can not regulate how the Shipping carriers handle packages.

However, the Artist asserts that their work is original and does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
