Order processing 

Orders take up to 3-10 days to process and if anything occurs we strive to contact you as soon as possible. We aim to get order out the door as soon as possible so please be patient! 

 

Order Tracking

All orders (except stick only orders) come with tracking. You will receive a tracking number through email once your order is shipped. 

 

International shipping Please note that tracking numbers on international orders may be delayed or stop tracking entirely once they cross the border. Customers are responsible for for any customs and import taxes that may apply. we are not responsible for any delays due to customs and will not be able to refund shipping/handling fees if the package is denied due to customs fees. 

 

 Combined Shipping

Do we offer combined shipping incase you ordered something previously but want something else now so you wont pay for shipping twice?

YES!!! If you would like to combine previous orders you've made please feel free to reach out via our chat or via our email pocketsizedshop@gmail.com with your subject line saying Combine shipping with your name that was on the orders.

Very cute and was shipped out very quick! I put it on my purse and I love it so much😭 the little Lori keychain is so adorable❤️ I didn’t know this but the Lori plush has a magnet that connects to the Ian plush!
